WHO WE ARE

Welcome to Himbleton WI. We are a small, welcoming group of ladies of various ages, backgrounds and interests, who come from villages around Himbleton. You’ll find us supportive, friendly and chatty, and always keen to welcome new members!​

WHAT WE LOVE

We’re renowned for our teas at our monthly meetings, and love listening to the varied range of speakers. But there’s so much more to being a member of Himbleton WI! Members who are interested in learning new crafts have recently tried out skills such as weaving willow baskets, creating Christmas decorations, making ornaments for our Worcester Cathedral Christmas tree and sewing green hearts for Himbleton’s vllage monument. In the summer we enjoy evenings out at various gardens and hold an annual garden party at our village hall, including games followed by a delicious supper with fizz. We are keen members of the WI Skittle League, playing around the County and inviting partners and friends to a skittles fish & chip social evening. We also enjoy exploring our fascinating local history with guided visits to churches, museums and more … including extras such as demonstrations and tea!
