Welcome to North Claines WI. We’re a lively, sociable WI with more than 40 members, that epitomises the WI ethos of fun and friendship and support!​

WHAT WE LOVE

From our inspirational activities and monthly meetings to our lively social media pages and regular blog posts, North Claines aims to the best kind of WI… inspirational, diverse and brimming with all kinds of opportunities. Visit our Facebook page and you’ll find details of many social events, including lunches, ten-pin bowling, social walks, theatre trips, cocktail nights, games nights, evening meals and pop-up coffee mornings. There are active craft and book groups. Our monthly meetings are always varied, featuring great speakers and presentations. In the past year we have also enjoyed a backstage tour of Malvern Theatre, a visit to Kidderminster Carpet Museum and a tour of Greyfriars House at Christmas, to name but a few of our outings. Even during the pandemic lockdowns, our Zoom get-togethers enabled us to keep in touch weekly… and a members’ WhatsApp group set up at the time keeps us close today.
